MOSCOW, Mar 10 (PRIME) -- Russian car producer AvtoVAZ will resume manufacturing of Lada Granta and Lada Niva Legend cars on its plant in Tolyatti on March 16 after suspension on March 5 due to the lack of electronic components, the company said in a statement on Thursday.
The plant in Izhevsk will be preparing to restart production of the Lada Vesta cars of new generation, also suspended on March 5.
